Leak on kitchen ceiling. Possibly coming from the ensuite shower above the kitchen. Leak only happens when the ensuite shower is in use.

Repair leak in pitched roof. I believe the issue is with the valley.

Need sunroom /conservative roof repair

Hand curtain rail and cannot detect where I can drill the wall due to not knowing where beams are

To patch up small electric channel on wall. Then put up 4 wooden panels around wall mounted tv. Paint the remaining wall.
