Luke responded very quickly and was able to visit the property the next day. He was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and he arranged the inspection promptly. I would definitely recommend LMC Home Improvements Ltd.
Flat Roof Leak and Fascia Repair
Having initially been satisfied with the work, within 6 months, the rubber had cracked in multiple locations and was no longer water tight resulting in wet patches on my kitchen ceiling. On several occasions, Luke assured me he would return to apply an additional layer of rubber. Another 6 months has since passed and he still hasn’t returned and is now ignoring my calls and messages leaving me to option to explore my options including small claims court. Extremely disappointed and let down by the service received.
