Jarek was asked to tile and place an new shower and toilet in our upstairs bathroom. He completed the job in a week. I noticed that the central heating radiators he placed back in were leaking, I showed him, he did see the water dripping and that it was wet, he placed a tub under it.. Trying to say it's OK... He did not speak English which was difficult and frustrating. Unfortunately he did not do a thorough enough job which was absolutely devastating as we noticed more dripping, a few days after water gushed through the kitchen ceiling at a fast pace, I called him to come back A. S.A.P and asked him to check the pipe joints.. He messaged back saying that he can't speak English but managed to understand my messages and replied NO in upper caps. I was horrified as he took my hard earned money quickly Enough. We are now left with a damp and wet ruined kitchen ceiling and having to replace the toilet/ bath joint pipes which he botched up. He kept saying that POLISH people do the best proper jobs.. So clearly was being racist also. I would not ever recommend him to anyone else. Please be careful. The worst part is that I actually found him on "My Job Quote" which is a legitimate acrredited site. I am now in the process of reporting him to Trading standards as I do not wish anyone else to suffer the consequences of his botched up quick job. STAY AWARE.

Great tiling work, takes time and reasonably priced.

Jarek did an excellent job tiling my floor and fixing my drain..it turned out so much better than I had hoped.. he turned up at 8am every morning and worked very hard.. he charged me a good price.. despite language barrier helped by Google translate, he did everything that was needed and even fixed a small shelf and pipe (which wasn’t part of the job description) would definitely recommend and would definitely use his services again..
