Ventilation tile is missing cap which leaves and open duct into attic. New cap needed or tile replaced.

Need another pair of hands to help lift 4.8ntr floor beams into position

Paint a medium sized bathroom ceiling. Paint is peeling so would require some prep work and would want some work to prevent paint peeling in the futur...

|Put up two wooden curtain poles. Remove old plastic curtain track and wooden batons . Poles and supports already purchased.

Bedroom door with a key lock but no key, access required. Doesn’t need a new lock but do want it to be able to close again properly

Lay new carpet in the bedroom (in the loft, landing and stairs). Bed room is 3.7 x 4.7 including the landing + stairs. Estimated 25sqm in total.
