We asked Joe to help us better understand the cost and extent of work that needed doing to the roof of our onward purchase. He was super quick in getting back to us, knowledgeable and gave us a better understanding of the issues we need to tackle. He was happy to deal directly with the vendor and it took him only three days from me instructing him to do the report, to visiting the property, then producing the report and quote. We will certain be using Joe for the future work to the roof.
