Install a sink and toilet pan and cistern also have access to pin gun would be of use

Require two curtain tracks to be installed. Very simple job, but my drill is not up to the job. Seems very tough where I'm trying to drill holes.

Remove several house alarms and doorbells, replace security lights front and rear plus some repair work internal bathroom.
