Need repairs doing an a trianco coal boiler’s flue, this is leaking.

We have a leak under the bath dripping through every time we the shower is on

One horizontal radiator removed and replaced with a vertical one. It needs to be moved by a couple of feet. We can purchase the radiator.

Dining room ceiling had a small ring of damp/ water. Removed part of ceiling exposed pipes and found pipe that is slightly wet that needs repairing.
