Remove and replace 20 roses from the border area, possibly with shrubs or turf.

Quote required for new lawn to be laid. Ground is relatively flat but probably needs some soil removing and new top soil laying. Less than 25m squared

Refit porcelain patio tiles some are loose and some have sunken, there is 4 full tiles and 4 cut tiles
