Skimming over a artex ceiling room roughing 14 x 12 also adding coving

Need a ceiling repair after a roof leak damage. It's about 2x2 m.

Rear elevation of the house is painted and I would like it clad please.

Conservatory ceiling cracks need filling and smoothing over. Repainting of surface when repaired to match existing (white) finish.

An artexed ceiling 460 x 310cm only. Would need to be seen as ceiling tape was used in the past over a join and a little bit of cracking.
