Overgrown weed and the garden is not flat. Would love for someone to clear everything in the garden to potentially do something with it

Disassemble single cabin bed approx 8 x 4 foot and remove. Remove matching single wardrobe. Hopefully remove rowing machine as well

No hot water even though it is green and correct pressure
