Chimney has been swept and was told the chimney is leaking smoke through to another defunct stack from upstairs and needs lining 32ft

Supply and fit flue liner. Roughly 9 meters from top to bottom give or take. Chimney pots look to be in good condition from the ground.

We have moved into a property with a chimney. We aren’t sure about its condition or how we are going to deal with it. We want a professionals advice.
