Vito has been brilliant from start to finish. He was the only company who actually came out, measured properly, and gave us a quotation that was clear, detailed, and completely reasonable. He and his crew arrived on time every single day. They were friendly, respectful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Vito made sure we understood the plan for each day, which gave us real confidence throughout the project. If we changed our minds or weren’t happy with something, he adapted the work instantly and finished everything exactly to the style we wanted. The job took a little longer, but only because Wren Kitchens kept sending the wrong or faulty items. None of this was down to Vito, and he handled the delays incredibly well. The renovation is stunning. We now have a beautiful kitchen and home we feel truly comfortable in. We even added extra work halfway through, and Vito took it all in his stride, adjusting plans and solving problems effortlessly.
