Adjust Door Frame for Headboard
I can’t recommend Universal Building & Carpentry Limited enough! I had a tricky situation getting my large headboard into a bedroom with awkward angles and narrow doorways. While others said it couldn’t be done without damage, Steve came prepared with the tools, skills, and patience to make it happen. They assessed the space carefully, came up with a clever plan, and worked meticulously to manoeuvre the headboard without scratching walls or damaging the furniture. Their professionalism, problem-solving skills, and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to Steve my bedroom now looks exactly how I imagined — and I didn’t have to compromise on my furniture. I’ll definitely be calling them for future carpentry work!

Balcony Decking Repair and Replacement
Steve has just done an excellent job replacing our decking which was totally rotten. Steve along with Ben attended on time each day and worked tirelessly to complete the work on time. It wasn’t an easy job but the results are better than we could have hoped. Hard working, professional and a pleasure to work with - can’t rate them highly enough.

Repair and Replace Damaged Floorboards
I had Steve from Universal property services, to replace some floorboards, he provided a quote & as I was happy will that, he was able to do the job the same week. His Work is of a high standard, he is reliable,, knowledgeable & very pleasant. He did the job & cleaned up taking away the old floorboards, he also gave us some very useful advice. I highly recommend him & will definitely use his service again.
