Repair Internal Wall and Address Damp Issues
James was quick to respond to my post and came round soon after to assess the issue. I was unsure as to what was going on but had noticed water ingress in the corner of a room but within a couple of minutes of arriving James and team had found the issue and were able to give me a solution. They removed and replaced the cement fillet around the front of the property and performed an SBR treatment. All work was completed quickly and to a high standard with the finished result functioning well. They also took on some extra work in venting a chimney that had previously been blocked up, work I had struggled to get anyone else to do, with little fuss. I really appreciated the care taken with cleaning up at the site and when coming into the property. They even took their shoes off to walk through the property and hoovered once they had finished. Highly recommend and will likely use again in the future for other works. Knowledgeable, prompt, fair pricing and courteous service.
