Create New Window and Doorway
A&I Builders were the perfect choice for our project, and I couldn't be happier with the result. What began as a relatively small kitchen reconfiguration eventually evolved into a complete refurbishment, including structural alterations, refinishing the existing walls and ceilings, laying a new floor and installing an entirely new kitchen. Throughout the process, Ilir was fantastic. He's reliable, punctual, incredibly friendly and clearly takes great pride in his work. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, even as the scope of the project grew. He was flexible, accommodating and consistently kept me informed of progress. His pricing was also very competitive, particularly given the complexity and quality of the work involved. The finished kitchen has exceeded my expectations, and I'd be genuinely proud to show it to anyone considering his services. It's rare to find someone who combines excellent workmanship with such a positive, straightforward approach. I wouldn't hesitate to use A&I Builders again and can't recommend Ilir highly enough.
Repair Victorian House Front Steps
Illir took as much time discussing the job as needed. He then sourced the special materials needed for the job. The finished York stone steps and Victorian tiled top step look excellent!
