Removal of chimney in living room

Repointing exsiting brickwork, replacing some bricks and removing some bricks to create a space for log burner or similar solution.

Clean out chimney and fit cowl

Require chimney capping before blocking chimney breast as we wont be using it.

Need a chimney breast removed from the ground floor level only, to be plastered afterwards, no need for painting as we’ll do that afterwards

House is approx 25 years old and require fireplace removed as well as breast. Fireplace is gas and plastering will need to be done
