Remove chimney breast from kitchen and bedroom (same one) and make good new walls with plastering. Bungalow

Chimney has been swept and was told the chimney is leaking smoke through to another defunct stack from upstairs and needs lining 32ft

Supply and fit flue liner. Roughly 9 meters from top to bottom give or take. Chimney pots look to be in good condition from the ground.
