Multiple cracks in walls/ceiling around the room need filling, stubborn ceiling glue not coming off and walls need sanding

Need a roofer to fix a small leak in the roof asap.

A part of the gutter is not sitting flush, as when it rains, it’s not catching the run off, only in one part, very noisy when it rains!

I have 5 doors need to be replace with handle and install new door for kitchen
