Need a lead welder to weld an 12 metre length of internal gutter on the roof, lead has been put down just need welding done to it.

Remove LED light from ceiling and Repair hole left in ceiling using plasterboard

Would like a standard gas hob replaced with CP12 gas safety check carried out on the hob and boiler. Saturday appointment required. Thanks
