Clear overgrown back garden, including removal of brambles and old garden waste

It's a relatively small area above the kitchen hob. Probably around 60cmx60cm.

Sweep a chimney for a wood burner

Paint all ceilings and coving in open plan kitchen dining and living room

Remove large canopy over existing range cooker and install new cooker hood and extraction unit.
