Repair Plasterboard Under Bay Window
Mike was really pleasant and profesional. Did a great job, made absolutely zero mess. Even checked under bay window for rising damn and highlighted potential future issues. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact for future work.
Complete Re-Skim for Damaged Room
Good communications with tradesman before the start. Job commenced on the day agreed, was carried out quickly and efficiently, site cleaned up afterwards with all waste removed. Work completed to a satisfactory standard although it was a little rushed towards the end. Initial estimate was 1.5 days although it was completed in a single day. A little bit of remedial work was required by myself post completion (rubbing down a few areas where there were slight ridges) before wallpapering.
Replace Victorian Ceiling Plaster
Ibuild provided a decent service and provided a good finish to the new plasterboard ceiling. However, the existing kitchen coving 'edge' was left messy with skim all the way round the ceiling which should have been cleaned off. So disappointed with that part of the job as I am left with the task of scraping the skim of of the coving edge.

Repair broken plaster on hallway ceiling
Mike ‘the Plasterer’ was excellent! I have never hired a Plasterer before and was a little nervous. But ……. no need. He was very friendly and approachable AND more importantly, did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. I would definitely recommend him.
