Joe didn't complete the job propberly, the pipe snapped off the next day, he promised to come and fix it more than 5 times and didn't do. he had me to book several days waiting for him to come but he didn't turn up. I am so unhappy, I don't recommend him at all.

Joe was prompt, kept me informed on all aspects of the job. I especially appreciated that he kept in contact informing me when he would arrive as I had already been let down by other tradesmen. He worked efficiently and completed the job quickly, checking on what I wanted doing and made sure it was what I wanted. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
