Toilet flush not working. Needs a replacement valve leading to the loo and the toilet needs a new system. Please quote. Thank you : )

Paint walls and woodwork in one bedroom - ceiling not required. Bedroom is medium sized

I want to repair the work top if possible. Maybe replace but prefer repair job.

Some laminate flooring need re-placing in my kitchen.
