I want to mount a TV on the wall. The wall behind is a disused fireplace. I would need a shelf below for gadgets and probably a plug socket installed.

Fix hole in ceiling (missing plasterboard approx 30cmx30cm), replaster small ceiling (approx 2mx1m) after fix.

Cut the crowns of 4 trees to allow the sun through to the garden and solar panels. Trees are aprox 40ft high and need to be cut down to 20ft.
