Downlighter in entrance hall and bathroom … bulbs replaced but still not working

Painting all the walls in the living room, 3 bedrooms , bathroom and hallway and landing. Filling any gaps and cracks.

We would like to get a quote for a new roof to include (I) breathable roofing felt and (ii) a rubber membrane to cover the very small flat roof above...

We have two water features that haven't been in use for a year or so. Needs deep cleaning and maintenance.
