I honestly can’t recommend Keven highly enough. From the very first visit, he was reliable, professional and incredibly efficient. He fitted a new boiler for my mum, who is in her 70s, and he treated her with such kindness, patience and respect throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to the highest standard, taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure my mum felt comfortable and confident with her new heating system before he left. His workmanship is excellent, his communication was brilliant from start to finish, and the price was extremely fair for the quality of service he provided. It’s so reassuring to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers rather than just getting the job done. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for any gas or central heating work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keven. A genuine five-star service.
