We have some high level rendering on the front elevation of a college. Roughly 2nd floor storey.

We just moved in to the flat and it needs cleaning, specially in kitchen and bathroom.

Build new wooden fence around the garden around 40m instal metal gate to it (all ready bought)

Clean and restore decking. Decking looks worn and lost its colour. Needs restoration.

Reseal a shower tray. I've stripped away the old sealent and cleaned it

Would like kitchen wall damp proofed and a new outside door fitted plus plastering.

Add a double socket on a wall. And add some spotlights to lighting circuit
