Couple of areas of damaged plaster. Bathroom in England suite and one wall in the bedroom

Need a carpet cleaner for lounge and hall i am a oap don't have a lot of. Money to spend on it

Single storey extention at front of house, to extend kitchen and create toilet and shower. All materials will need supplying.

Paint a small area in the upstairs bathroom, and the walls in downstairs toilet and corridor in front of downstairs toilet.

Replace 5 old doors on landing with doors similar to downstairs see pictures of old brown doors, one downstairs we'd like similar

Install a cat door in a wooden outside door. Cat door is purchased and readily available.

Fix squeaky wooden floorboards… apparently the pipes are close to the floorboards??

Replace outside double socket that is tripping off ( was installed less than 2 years ago). Want to replace with like double socket without tripping...

Current thermostat needs replacing.
