I need a new bath and toilet fitted my current ones are too small

I need to know the type of thermostatic valve I need to buy in order to turn one of my radiators on and off

I have an extractor fan and light fitting combo inside the shower area and the bulb just gets wet and doesn't work. Is there any way to fix this?

Need a media wall plastered I don’t have the material so would need that the media wall is build new
