damp on walls need taking off and platsering

paint one external party brick wall located in back yard - requires cleaning old paint and mold - location is damp no access problems

I have a velux window in the attic room that has started to drop at one hinge. I’m not sure if it is repairable or whether I’ll need a replacement.

Need the rear fence of the bungalow painted which we have the stain for it Then there is the front canipy needs painting
