It's a mixer tap in kitchen it runs all the time ..if I run hot water first it stops .

Replace Kitchen mixer tap with a new mixer tap.

Re fit sitting room radiator which was taken down to have some work completed and replace bathroom towel radiator with a new one (same size).

Inner door handle broken . I think it’s the inner latch . I got a 45mm but think it wrong and screws don’t line up to put in place
