Take up existing carpet, supply and lay new laminate ate flooring to entrance/hallway approximately 10square meters

Fit skirting board on one wall, put TV on TV bracket and take old TV down. Add new wire cover to cover up wires from TV

Need removing and.blanking off

replace old consumer unit/fuse box with new one and do the eicr test
