There seems to be small leak from the chimney area into the lounge .

I would like to get a leak diagnosed and fixed that’s coming from the corner visibly staining into the bedroom wall.

2 bedrooms, hallway, living room, ceiling and walls white, woodwork white. It's a bungalow. Totally empty as moving in after pait and floors done....
