The cold Bath tap does not work. The tap itself spins to open and close but no water comes out. All other taps are working fine.

Remove gas cooker from kitchen, ensure gas pipework safely capped off.

Paint one main wall and make good and touch up the rest of room. It an Hotel with 138 rooms but we will start with just ten rooms to see how it goes.

Drum will spin but struggles to, won't spin with clothes inside, can smell a melting/burning smell when on

Install a new tap outside in the garden
