My shed is in need of some repair to roof and a bit more before weather goes back to normal. Anyone local?

Replace a Towel Rail. We have purchased a new towel rail with he same centres, so hopefully no need to amend pipework.

Repair lead fixture on side extension roofing that has come away

Shape stone slap with angle grinder to take away sharp edges.

Fit new mixer taps for existing ones, I have taps & panel removed

Wall is roughly 9000mm at 1000mm height with 6 piers which are 1800mm in height. Krend white, all materials supplied.

Remove old silicone around bath and then re silicon the bath and back of sink, see pictures, I have the silicon already
