The lady on the phone Caroline was lovely & very helpful & booking the job was very easy with her. The clearance men were very prompt & did everything I asked them to take I would definitely recommend the company to other customers.

Amazing stuff rang regarding the job within the hour and arrived not even 30 minutes after top job ladies n gents 🙏🏻

I have sent them the job details in videos , pictures of the green waste that needs removal on 8th June , and they quoted me for 70 £.The guy said that he will come anywhere between 630 to 8 pm but he came at my home address at 8:30 pm and worked till 9:30 pm and At last , without finishing the entire job , he told me that there is too much work involved and he can’t finish it without a cost of £ 140 in total , whereas the Work videos and quote of £70 was already clear and agreed. I said that I could pay a little bit on top of it and also he can take some more time to finish it , but he just took two more branches and I helped him in it . But he left behind all the remaining branches ( nearly 25% of the job ) and I had to work at my garden from 930 to 10:30 pm, that night to put all remaining bits into my front garden .so it’s really a very poor service . I am posting this review because I don’t want anyone to be cheated by these people. Please take it as a red alert and inform everyone .( if he can’t do the job on arrival and viewing , he could have told me: I would have hired another different person but he came late , viewed it , started working and at last , he said that the Work is not matching the videos I sent , and asking me extra 70 £ .no apologies , late coming and asking more money at the end . So it’s totally a very poor service. He had a lot of space in his lorry to pick up but he didn’t do that .I even told that I would give an hand to take out all the remaining stuff, but he didn’t help me out . I think this company might be doing it to all : starting work , and without completion in mid way , asking more money , perhaps in this trap , many might have paid his request and gone , as they have left with no options because I paid 70 £ and I worked for an hour to remove it. No logic in hiring him. ( help uk ). If Someone was in my place , they would have definitely made this a very big issue or not paid them. I kept quiet and I finished the job myself , after paying him . so it’s a very big loss for me now. I called them the next day on 10 June : They are giving me two options stating that : they can come and unload everything and refund me £70 or they can Trash The remaining stuff kept in the front for £30 , without any apologies. This is really a very very poor service. Please don’t ever fall into this trap, then at last , you have to do the job by yourself…Because I don’t want a single person to get cheated like me in future ….Thanks. ( they have still left this much amount of trash without being collected by themselves. Don’t ever try this poor service again. Because of their negligence, I completed the work only today on the 12th of June
