Unblock Washing Machine Hose
Stuart came prepared. He had taken all the details beforehand and kept in touch several times before arriving, confirming the appointment the day before, informing me he was running late on the day, and then when he was 5 minutes away. As I had been let down by a previous workman who had not bothered to turn up without any content, this was reassuring. Stuart talked me through the problems, pointing out why it needed a new pump and why it needed a new hose. He did a thorough repair and was professional and informative throughout. I would highly recommend him for these reasons and will be looking to contact him should I need anything else repaired in my home.
