Build an extenetion approximaterly 4m x 3m using existing side and rear property walls, so build side and rear wall with flat sloped roof

Regular house cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning kitchen and bathroom.

Regular mowing of lawns at the back gardens at 2 properties. Along with trimming the bushes.

I have "the usual" triangular space under the stairs. I'd like it lined / tidied up, a door fitted at the high end to make a cupboard for vaccuums etc...
