Wooden decking in side return - about 15 m2 - decking is hardwood and on site. Would like it done either this weekend or next week.

My living room reasonable walls need a skim finish ready to be painted.

I need a radiator moved from one wall to under the window on another wall. Pipework will have to run along skirtings say the distance is about 6 foot

One side of a kitchen needs plastering and filling before installation of the kitchen
