Replace wooden staircase including painting it

We have a floating staircase that we want filling in and the carpet removed. We also want a cupboard built under the stairs to fill the empty space

Hi, I’m looking to renovate my existing wooden staircase and replace the wooden/metal bannister with glass. I live in Tilehurst, Reading, RG30.
