Time served indentured Carpenter and Joiner with 35 Years experience, after an indentured apprenticeship in London working on grade one and two listed buildings, high-end residential and commercial refurbishment, working with Interior designers.
Also experienced in restaurant and general shopfitting, and timber boat repair as my father is a shipwright and boarbuilder, where I began my interest in becoming a tradesman.

Repair Rotted Wooden Window Segment
Delighted! I fully recommend. Brian and his colleague turned up when stated, set clear timelines they adhered to, got the job done to a very high standard (they clearly take pride in their craft and do not cut corners!) AND vacuumed/ tidied up after themselves. Communication was also timely and efficient. Last but not least, me being a woman, the fact they didn’t treat me as an ignorant idiot is genuinely appreciated! That plus the fact they gave me honest advice as to other possible jobs though realising it would likely price them out, I couldn’t recommend more highly. Mine is a period property with original windows you cannot find in commerce. The new window is an exact replica of the originals. They even painted it so it blends in perfectly and ensured it fits the frame perfectly so excludes draughts. A real attention to detail! I would personally use them again.
Repair Jammed Sliding Wardrobe Door
Brian and assistant completed the task expertly, repaired and hung the wardrobe doors perfectly. I would highly recommend him.
Install MDF Panels On Stair Faces
Excellent, first class job. Brian was very helpful in his initial quoting process, offered good suggestions that we had not thought of, demonstrating years of experience. His workmanship was excellent. Very clean careful worker, communicated effectively, always smiling and checking to make sure all was as expected. Will look to use again....

Work was to fit new door surround, re-hunge old door, replace locks, add security and box, including some repainting. Was completed on time and within the agreed fee, overcame a problem of older specification. A very good result and the tenants were very happy as well.

Replace Warped Front Door
Brian had a upbeat approach o the job. He confirmed the door was not warped but the lock mechanism needed changing. He set about it straight away and two days later job is done successfully. His price was very fair.
