Replacement of bannister - 90cm long - change of newel post and 5 spindles.

Fit new bannisters and spindles - currently a 1960’s board so needs new top bannister piece and spindles underneath.

I have a filled in stair case wall made of wood...would like beams of 1ft apart to the top of balcony..

I need someone to cure a squeeking wooden staircase from above. It is a straight old staircase, each step creating an annoying squeek.
