Fit staircase (approx 3 stair cases in one property) with storage underneath

I have a few stairs that feel like they need replacing on the corner of my u shaped staircase.

Fit new banister to existing staircase. Preferably in oak or similar.

A new staircase is required to replace old.

Need the bottom 2 steps replaced
