Lay a new 14 step straight stair runner , I have gripper tradesman to supply underlay. Sides of stairs have been painted.

We are looking at new hand rail & new spindles in oak or pine (depends on price) to refurb our stair case.

Fit new post, rails, spindles and clad stringers.
