Fitting handrail on one side of the stairs

1.My staircase makes a wobbly sound. I want to fix it. 2. I also want to fix my kitchen cabinet.

Fix the squeaky stair, not sure can be repaired or need a replacement

Need the stairway wall panels only one wall needs doing

New banister/spindles and floor boards

3.5 new square oak newel posts, oak handrail white base rail with metal spindles
