General Repair / Maintenance
Attended first time, discussed other work that needed doing. Still no quote for initial job and couple of missed appointments with my tenants. Agreed an appointment once again, did not arrive on time, called to advise delay but still didn't make the late agreed time. I called called to find out what was going on and Marc was outright rude with no apology to bad customer service. Thereafter started cursing for no reason asking if I want the job doing or not. At that point I was happy no work had started and he said its not f.....n worth it and hang up. He acted like he was doing me favours and wasting my tenants time as they have a other commitments. I personally won't be hiring from this site as the quality and authenticity of trades people here seem to be unrealiable. No stars to Marc and this site.
Internal Doors
I can only highly recommend Marc for all the work that he was asked to do. He is professional, extremely fair and skilled. It has been difficult trying to find somebody reliable to entrust with a range of work and I'm delighted to now have Marc to rely on.
