I need a gradient slope fitting for elderly mother to replace 4 steps outside that she cannot manage. Materials with a quote please

replace old porch with new brick porch and door.

We are looking at a putting up a porch at the front of the house. space is limited so it wont be a very big one but need somewhere to store shoes etc.
