Prepare and lay new turf on approx 50sm garden: new build so will need rotivating and levelling in some areas

Remove bed base (very light) table and chairs, some wood, bed head, old fire grate. Several bags of cloths, an air fryer,sime plastic.

Possible repointing checking for any existing leakage and repair.
