Rob responded quickly to my request & put me at my ease about booking him even tho' he's new to MyJobQuote (he clearly has a lot of experience). He was on time & let me know he was on his way. He got on quickly with the task, explained and showed me the parts that were no longer working well & fixed the problem for a really reasonable price too!
