Water ingress on south facing wall or edge of roof tiles

We have evidence of damp, including what looks like rising damp. We would like the problem identified and dealt with appropriately.

Looking to have a hole made through concrete and pipework placed for a new toilet in the garage so it links into the main drainage.

Build a frame and pour concrete 10x5ft for a solid base for a summerhouse

Extension is 4.2 x 5.3 and porch is 1.4 x 2.4 Dig out and muck away
